We sent a crew to Germany, to follow the story of a holocaust survivor named Hetty Verolme. It was an emotional journey charting the time that Belsen was liberated my the British and horrific living conditions that lay at camp.
The film was shown online via the BBC App and as part of BBC News at 10 to commemorate the anniversary of Liberation. Hetty felt it was important to get her story out on record, for the future generations to remember what happened at Belsen.
