LIVE MULTI CAMERA
Live video filming by definition is one take and needs to be right first time. So you need a company that is trusted and experienced in covering such events. We can supply multi camera crews and production gallery to cover your event. Depending on the size of event and turnaround needed we will advise you on the best possible coverage and number of cameras. Most live events can be covered using 2-3 cameras.
We then take this footage and edit the live event together. Titles can be added and name straps to speakers if needed. If you need we can set up a live vision mixed gallery to cut the event live. Good if you want to see the cameras on screens or you want to stream to web live.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS PACKAGE
We can also offer a highlights video package. Great for a blog or to raise interest for next years event. If we are there with cameras already we can send out a crew to interview key people and capture the essence of the event. Giving you a professional record of the day in 2-3 minutes. Even setting up a separate area for interviews.
If you have managed to get everyone together in the same room then make the most of capturing those key messages from CEOs, employees, speakers and key people.
AUDIO RECORDING
We can take care of the sound to. If the venue has an AV system already we can tap into this or use our own microphones to record sound. We can also help with lighting for video. Often overlooked by in house AV crews and adds that professional touch to the video. The standard lighting in conferences and speeches is not always adequate for good video recording and for people to see.
Record the sound for Q & A events either using our Microphones or your AV crews. We will check anything we need to know prior to the event to ensure smooth running on the day.
